$500 Sign On Bonus: $250 after 30 days and $250 after 60 days of successful employment.  

Our dishwashers carry out the washing duties according to Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza standards and

maintains the highest sanitation and safety standards every day.

Our Dishwashers generally:

* Operate the dish machine according to standards to ensure highest quality results (clean service ware)

with minimal breakage.

* Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.

* Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.

* Keep dish room clean and organized.

* Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.

* Clean food preparation and production areas as required.

* Look for ways to minimize breakage of equipment and service ware.

Requirements/Responsibilities

No previous restaurant experience required however our Dishwashers are required to:

* Communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room staff

* Be able to work in a standing position throughout their shift.

* Be a team player; willing to help any employee in need.

* Understand and follow all safety and sanitation procedures

* Be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds

* Be able to bend and reach as necessary during their shift

* Be able to safely and accurately handle all kitchen knives, meat slicer, mixer and other portioning/food

preparation utensils

* Practice high sanitary standards, including washing hands frequently

* Be 18 years or older to handle any mixer, food processor or meat slicer

Dishwasher is generally offered as a part time restaurant job.

Prior experience dishwasher, restaurant crew member, restaurant team member, janitor or other part

time BOH restaurant jobs highly desirable.
